Changes to Order
After placing an order, no changes or cancellations can be made so please make sure all shipping information and order details are correct when checking out. Be sure to use the provided size guides for reference.
ARTXSUN will not be responsible if you submit inaccurate shipping or order information.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product, email info@artxsun.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Your email should include order details and reason for requesting the exchange. All exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Final Sale
Certain items or promotional products will not be eligible for return or exchange including clearance items.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please email order information and pictures of the damaged product to info@artxsun.com and we will be sure to get it replaced for you.
