It is our goal to provide our customers with a wonderful shopping experience and excellent customer service! Please help us do that by reading our store policies below before completing a purchase.

Changes to Order

After placing an order, no changes or cancellations can be made so please make sure all shipping information and order details are correct when checking out. Be sure to use the provided size guides for reference.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@artxsun.com. Please note all returns will be subject to a 3% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

After your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order the wrong size or product? For exchanges, please contact us at info@artxsun.com.

Final Sale

Certain items or promotional products will not be eligible for refund or exchange including final sale items and gift cards. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email order information and pictures of the damaged product to info@artxsun.com and we'll get that replaced for you.
